Piers has been working in and around e-commerce for over 11 years.

While working for Dreamteam Design Ltd (later Brightscape Solutions) Piers was responsible for the Product Development of their e-commerce software package – EROL.

During this time Piers was involved in advising and training a wide range of customers of all levels of experience on matters that affect an e-commerce store.
