3. Picking a Product to Sell

Not feeling too well and had two ill children to look after, so this could be a bit short.

The first two items on my schedule are to pick a product and a supplier. I have taken these two at the same time because they are difficult to separate. You can have the best product, but if you cannot get the supply - no sales.

There are 2 basic choices

  • Buy product wholesale, ship the product
  • Direct ship product from wholesale

There are 54,662 results on ebay.co.uk in the 'Wholesale, job lot' section and when you search google.co.uk for the keyword 'wholesale' there are 8,970,000 pages listed. So there is no shortage of choice when looking for something to sell online.

And you have to be wary of scams such as this:
