My name is Piers Parker and I have been working in and around e-commerce since 2000. I work for a company called Brightscape Solutions (formerly Dreamteam Design), and it is here that I have gained much of my experience while working with their e-commerce software package - EROL.

During this time I have been involved in advising and training a wide range of customers of all levels of experience on matters that affect an e-commerce store.
